By integrating systems on the 800xA platform, customers are able to optimise the design and performance of their process and power automation systems and see additional benefits in reduced maintenance, engineering and overall lifecycle costs. According to ABB, an integrated system can cost 20 per cent less than running two non-integrated systems.
